You can make your reservation online through our system or contact us by phone, email, or any of our social media. We are happy to answer any questions you might have about the area, activities, accommodation, or reservation process.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of making your reservation. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in no deposit refund.

Early Check-Out:

• In cases of early check-out, the remaining accommodation fee will be charged in full.

High Demand Dates (eg, festival holidays):

• For reservations made during high-demand periods, such as festivals or holidays, the total reservation amount will be charged upfront to secure your reservation. Please note that no refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation.

Reception Hours:

• Our reception is open from 08:00 to 23:55. For any urgent needs outside of these hours, please contact us at +905422417213.

Additional Bed:

• We offer an additional bed service for our rooms at a fee of 13 €, including breakfast.

Pet-Friendly Rooms:

• We have designated pet-friendly rooms available. Please inquire about availability when making your reservation.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:

• Check-in time for our rooms is at 14:00, while check-out time is at 11:00. Guests are kindly requested to check in before 24:00. If you anticipate a late check-in, please inform us in advance to make necessary arrangements.
